Delete your Sola Shopping account

Sola Shopping is operated by Branch Metrics, Inc. For the current website rollout, request account or analytics deletion by contacting [email protected]. You do not need to install the app. We verify ownership before acting.

Account sign-in and self-service deletion are not available on the public website yet. If you used an earlier version, identify the account in your support request, but never send a password or authentication link. The secure account flow and its deletion receipts are being prepared separately. Contact support for the status of an existing request.

What deletion means

We review verified requests for the relevant account, profile, cloud cart and account-attribution records. A request being received or reviewed does not mean removal has completed. We confirm the outcome after the applicable records have been handled.

Separate Branch analytics, backups and limited operational records follow the process in our privacy notice. Local state may remain on your devices until cleared. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete a cloud account.

Orders are simulated. There are no real payments, shipments or subscriptions to cancel.
